To reset your master password:

  1. Open the app and go to Settings
  2. Tap on "Security"
  3. Select "Reset Master Password"
  4. Verify your identity through biometric authentication or security questions
  5. Create a new master password

Note: You'll need to re-enter all your passwords after resetting the master password.

To enable Face ID or Touch ID:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Tap "Biometric Authentication"
  3. Toggle on Face ID or Touch ID
  4. Enter your master password to confirm

Make sure biometric authentication is enabled in your device's Settings app.

You can import passwords from other password managers:

  1. Export your passwords from your current app (usually as CSV or JSON)
  2. Open Secure Manager App
  3. Go to Settings > Import/Export
  4. Select "Import Passwords"
  5. Choose your exported file
  6. Review and confirm the import

If sync isn't working, try these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Ensure iCloud is enabled on your device
  3. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices
  4. Restart the app
  5. Check if iCloud storage is full

  1. Tap the "+" button to add a new password
  2. Tap the password field
  3. Select "Generate Password"
  4. Adjust settings (length, characters, etc.)
  5. Tap "Use Password"
